Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Velos Insurance Instagram Competition is open to all participants aged 18 and over residing in the United Kingdom. Employees and immediate family members of Velos Insurance are not eligible to participate.

Velos Insurance assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Competition Period:

The competition begins on 20/11/2023 and ends on 31/12/2023.

3. Entry Requirements:

How to enter:
To enter the competition, participants must have a valid Instagram account.
To enter, participants must:
– Like the competition post.
– Follow the official Velos Insurance Instagram account (@VelosInsurance).
– Share the competition post on their Instagram story, tagging – @VelosInsurance.
– Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post. Each separate comment with a tagged friend counts as an additional entry.
– Entries must be submitted within the competition period.
– No entry fee or purchase is required.

4. Competition Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a Crewsaver Petfloat Dog Life Jacket with a recommended retail price (RRP) of up to £58.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected randomly in accordance with these terms and conditions from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the competition end date.
The draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winning entry will be the first one who is selected at random from all of the correct entries.
The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram from @VelosInsurance. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Delivery:

The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided UK address.
Velos Insurance is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues.

7. Publicity:

By participating, entrants agree to have their Instagram username and any content shared as part of the competition used for promotional purposes by Velos Insurance.

8. Data Protection:

Velos Insurance will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. General Conditions:

Velos Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
Velos Insurance reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

10. Agreement to Terms:

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
