No: you should use your usual service providers. As needed we will appoint a marine surveyor to inspect and report on the incident, and we will ask them to arrange this with you.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm GMT. If your incident happens outside our office hours, act as prudent uninsured (that is, as if you are not insured) and we’ll be there for you as soon as our offices open.
